By downloading, installing, running, or purchasing a license for VibeSleuth ("Software", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not download, install, or use the Software.
2. License Grant & Commercial Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VibeSleuth:
- Trial License: Includes up to 2 complete repository static scans per installation for evaluation purposes.
- Lifetime License: Upon purchasing a lifetime license key ($29 launch price, regular $39), you receive unlimited scan capability, offline usage, and access to all future version updates.
- Commercial Use: The Lifetime License permits commercial security audits, proprietary repository scanning, client deliverables, and professional software engineering reviews.
3. Store and Payment Terms
License sales and payments are processed via our authorized merchant and store provider, Freshlimepay (https://cloud.freshlimepay.com/store/u/vibe_sleuth).

4. Static Security Analysis Disclaimer
VibeSleuth is a static application security testing (SAST) tool. Static code analysis provides heuristic pattern matching and dependency advisory checks. No static analysis tool can guarantee the detection of 100% of all vulnerabilities, zero-days, or architectural flaws. Findings may include false positives or false negatives. VibeSleuth is intended to assist developers and security researchers, but manual code review and penetration testing remain essential.
5. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Bypass, reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the Freshlimepay licensing verification subsystem.
- Resell, redistribute, rent, or lease license keys to unauthorized third parties.
- Use the software to conduct unauthorized security testing or malicious attacks against third-party systems without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeSleuth and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, system downtime, or security breaches resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
7. Modifications to the Software and Terms
We reserve the right to improve, update, or modify features in VibeSleuth. Any updates to these Terms will be published on our official website at https://vibesleuth.saposs.com with an updated revision date.
